We place visible rentals signs as well as directional signs at busier cross roads nearby your rental homes to drive business. We also post photos on all of our social media sites to create interest.
Tenant ScreeningEach potential renter is sent through an extensive background check, rental history, credit score and proof of income as part of the screening process. We also offer a personal assessment with a review offered to home owner for final decisions on tenants allowed to lease.
Security DepositsWe take an ample security deposit which is held in escrow until tenant’s lease has expired.
Lease PreparationOur lease is prepared and customized depending on tenant’s circumstances. We coordinate all lease signings, acceptance of funds, delivery of keys and manage the move-in and walk-thru.
