A: We require a proration of your first month’s rent.

Q: How do I pay rent?
A: Our preferred way of receiving rent is through EFT payments.
Q: I want to get a pet. What do I do?
A: Every lease has specific regulations on pets depending on
the owner’s preferences. If you get a pet without written
permission from LEASE405, you have violated your lease
agreement and could be fined, evicted or both.
Q: I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
A: Each lease is signed by all parties and would be terminated if one
tenant left. The individual wanting to stay would need to go through
the pre-approval process as a single tenant.
Q: My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
A: Each tenant is required by the lease contract to give a 30 day written notice.
