    A: We hold a place only after we have received approval and security deposit.
  • Q: Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?

    A: We require a proration of your first month’s rent.
  • Q: How old do you have to be to apply?

    A: Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Q: Is the deposit refundable?

    A: Yes, depending on the condition of the property when vacating.
  • Q: You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

  • Q: How do I pay rent?

    A: Our preferred way of receiving rent is through EFT payments.
  • Q: I want to get a pet. What do I do?

    A: Every lease has specific regulations on pets depending on the owner’s preferences. If you get a pet without written permission from LEASE405, you have violated your lease agreement and could be fined, evicted or both.
  • Q: I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?

    A: Each lease is signed by all parties and would be terminated if one tenant left. The individual wanting to stay would need to go through the pre-approval process as a single tenant.
  • Q: My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?

    A: Each tenant is required by the lease contract to give a 30 day written notice.
